Technology should be the last thing on your mind. Not the first.

Monitoring, security, helpdesk, and infrastructure, handled by a local team that answers the phone — and built around the rules your firm has to follow, not a generic checklist.

The problem

You've got an IT person until you don't.

The setup worked when you were smaller. Now there's no one to call when email goes down, no one watching whether the backups actually ran, and no one who knows what happens if a laptop walks out the door. You're the default IT person, and that's not your job.

01

Monitoring and maintenance.

We watch your systems around the clock.

We fix problems before they reach you — not after your morning is already gone.

02

Security.

The controls that keep a small firm off the breach reports.

Endpoint protection, MFA, patching, and security basics done quietly, in the background.

03

Helpdesk.

A real, local person who picks up.

When something's stopping your day, you talk to someone fast — not a faceless queue.

04

Backups and continuity.

Verified backups, not assumed ones.

A bad day should stay a bad day instead of becoming a disaster.

05

Infrastructure.

The foundation your firm runs on.

Networks, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure set up right and kept current.

In short

Monitoring, security, helpdesk, and infrastructure, handled.

Fewer interruptions, faster fixes, and technology that stays out of your way.

Right-sized

You pay for what your firm needs.

Plans scale from the smallest practice up to firms that need a full IT partner with a virtual CIO. Pricing is transparent and per-user, term commitment buys lower minimums, and Microsoft licensing is always passed through at cost. No surprise bills.

Not quite Solo Practice, not yet Professional

If you've outgrown a solo setup but aren't at the nine users where Professional kicks in, there's a middle option: the full Professional stack at a smaller monthly minimum.

When you need help

Clear response commitments. No guessing.

Whatever the issue, you'll know exactly when you'll hear from us and what kind of resolution to expect. These are our standard service-level commitments. Executive tier clients get additional after-hours coverage at no extra cost.

Priority What it means Response time Resolution target
Critical System down. Business stopped. ≤ 2 hours Same-day best effort
High Major disruption affecting multiple users. ≤ 4 hours 24 hours
Medium Single-user issue with a workaround available. ≤ 8 hours 2–3 business days
Low General requests or questions. ≤ 24 hours As scheduled
After-hours emergency support is available at $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Executive tier clients receive after-hours support for critical issues at no additional charge.
Desktop support & hardware

No mystery line items. Here's how billing works.

Your monthly fee covers our management and support. Hardware, software licensing, and project-scale work are passed through transparently: costs shown as separate line items, never buried.

What's included

  • Support for PCs, laptops, printers, monitors and peripherals
  • Driver installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Client-purchased hardware installs for small peripherals: monitors, mice, keyboards, single-user printers

What's billed separately

  • Support incidents requiring more than 4 hours of continuous engineering time, classified as project work
  • Replacement hardware costs and consumables (toner, cables, and similar)
  • Software licensing: your monthly fee covers our management and support, not the software itself

Pass-through pricing

  • Microsoft 365 and cloud software: vendor cost plus a 15% management fee, shown as a separate line item
  • Hardware procurement: vendor cost plus a flat $150 per device
  • Third-party tools (QuickBooks, Adobe, tax software) remain yours to purchase, and we'll happily manage the licenses
  • Vendor price changes pass through directly; we notify you before adjusting your invoice
Onsite coverage by tier: Solo Practice is remote-first with onsite available at an hourly rate. Professional includes one scheduled onsite visit per quarter. Executive includes reasonable onsite visits. Major hardware installs remain project work on every tier.
The edge

For regulated firms, monitoring isn't the differentiator. Compliance depth is.

Every IT shop says 24/7 monitoring and antivirus. That's the price of entry. The hard part — the part most providers leave to a consultant who writes a policy nobody implements — is making compliance real: putting the technical controls in place, documenting them, and being able to show an auditor your systems do what your policies say.

  1. Technical controls in place

We put the technical controls in place instead of leaving compliance as a policy nobody implements.

  2. Documentation that matches reality

We document systems so an auditor can see your systems do what your policies say.

  3. Rules your firm has to follow

HIPAA for healthcare, FTC Safeguards for accounting and financial firms, and Reg S-P for advisors.

  4. One posture across IT and web

Because we also build and run your website, your compliance posture stays consistent across all of it.
